What if my bookmark or Mug Rug gets soiled?

If your bookmark or mug rug gets soiled, hand wash with gentle soap or dish soap, then squeeze the excess water out.

Pat/press dry with a couple of paper towels. (I use a mini rolling pin the squeeze out as much water as possible).

Place the bookmark or mug rug between a couple dry paper towels, on top of a folded clean dry wash cloth or small terrycloth towel, then another clean dry wash cloth/terry towel.

Then place something flat and heavy on top and let dry for several hours or over night.

Once dry, if the edges are not flat, the item can be spritzed with water, using an iron on low to medium heat, and a pressing cloth, or a towel.
