Shipping & Returns

We Ship to the US & Canada.

Order processing times. Typical order processing time is between 5 & 7 business days after an order is placed. Weekends and Holiday are excluded.
Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

Domestic shipping options. We are currently shipping to the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs. US Orders from $0.00 - 34.99 are $4.25 via USPS Ground Advantage. US Orders $35.00 and over will qualify for free shipping.
Canadian orders are charged USPS calculated rates.

Returns, refunds, changes, and cancellations.  Returns are only available for non-customized items. If the items qualifies for a return the item needs to be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The customer will be liable for any return postage.

Changes: Change to a custom order can only be honored within 24 hours of an order being placed. Once a custom order has started manufacturing, no changed can be made.
