I'd give 10 out of 10 stars for customer service. The seller sent me a computer mockup for the finished item using my color selections - allowing me to make changes. A true delight! This birthday gift item was shipped directly to my out of state friend right on time & with no delivery issues. My friend was greatly impressed with the quality of the bookmark.
